Your home is covered by True-Line’s comprehensive two year warranty, plus Alberta New Home Warranty’s ten year structural warranty, which includes construction standards, a guaranteed warranty obligation and deposit protection.
We meet or exceed industry standard practices by offering two years for labour and materials and for delivery and distribution systems, five years for building envelope protection and ten years for major structural components.
During this time you will receive scheduled courtesy calls to ensure that your new home is still meeting True-Line’s quality standards.
We are also proud to be a member of the Canadian Home Builders Association of Central Alberta, a group of reputable industry partners. Being a CHBA member keeps us informed of current industry standards and changes, by providing education and networking opportunities for our staff.
