Award Winning Reno
Best Renovation Under $99,999 - Central Alberta chapter of the Canadian Home Builders' Association
The purpose of this renovation was to take an unused sunroom and an out of date ensuite and bedroom and transform them into a fabulous “spa-like” retreat. The sunroom transforms into an amazing sunken ensuite, the old ensuite transforms into a terrifically well-organized walk-in closet; the bedroom simply gets a “face lift” of new carpet, paint, and lights.
