One of True-Line Contracting’s areas of expertise is building the perfect home for your family on your own parcel of land, located anywhere in the Central Alberta area (normally within in a two-hour radius of Red Deer).
We offer a wide range of floor plans to suit every lifestyle and offer you the ability, at no additional cost, to customize your new home to fit the needs of you and your family.
Every one of our Homeowners begins their home building journey by meeting with a Sales Team Representative to explore design options and estimate your homes price. When you are ready to make final decisions about materials and design details, our Design Consultant is there to assist you at no additional charge.
In addition, we evaluate your site, again at no additional cost to you. This means we travel to your lot to assess additional site costs, possible location adjustments, building elevation, water and electric service and wells and septic systems. This way we can estimate the time-line and total cost of your home before the building process begins.
Homeowners are constantly thinking of ways to increase the value of their homes, without losing the features they love the most, such as, mature landscaping, established schools, familiar amenities, friends and a neighborhood they feel at home in.
Whatever your reasons for wanting to renovate, you need to ask yourself a few questions:
-Does your current home meet all of your needs?
-What part of your home are you interested in renovating?
-Does it make sense to renovate versus move?
-Are you renovating to increase the convenience and comfort of your home?
-Will your home be competitive on the market?
-Are you renovating to add market value to your home?
-Once you have answered these questions, you will have a better indication of what type of renovation you are looking for. Generally, the three types of renovations are: Lifestyle, Retrofit and Maintenance/Repair.
Lifestyle renovations improve your home and way of life. They may involve adding a media room or making use of an attic space by converting it to a home office or family room.
Retrofit projects usually focus on your home’s shell or mechanical systems. This could be upgrading or replacing windows & insulation or installing a new furnace or hot water system.
Maintenance/Repair renovations will protect the investment you have made in your home. This may include caulking windows, re-finishing your roof or replacing the eavestrough.
Whether an interior face lift, addition, basement development, bathroom or kitchen, True-Line is here to help you get the most out of your renovation project! With over 20 years experience we will custom design and tailor a solution to fit your individual needs and achieve optimum use for your family to enjoy for many years to come.
